Excursions in the area
Though not part of the program, the excursions in the area are of such high quality that you should definitely budget for them! Look in our Gallery for more photos of the excursions and you'll understand what we mean...
Especially on the Game Farm, one of our volunteer projects, you will have the opportunity to visit as many excursions as you like as time is built into the program to allow for these trips. The project leader or project assistant will drive you to the excursions so all you have to do is sit back and enjoy them!
The cost of the excursions vary from ZAR25 - ZAR350 and we advise that you definitely budget with these in mind. The cost covers all transport and entrance fees.
Please note that the Game Farm is the only project that will offer these excursions as part of their program. If you are not thinking of joining this project it may be possible to arrange alternative arrangements to take part in the excursions, but we can't guarantee this.
